With Less Chaos
As your home health or home care agency grows, the work can become more complicated faster than the systems supporting it can keep up.
More growth creates more moving parts:
More clients create more scheduling.
More staff create more coordination.
More referrals create more handoffs.
More volume creates more documentation
More moving parts create more opportunities for information to get stuck
Eventually, good people spend too much time compensationg for poor systems. We help agencies fix that.

You already have software, but your workflows are still disconnected.
You're concerned your staff won't adopt another system, or will see AI as a threat.
Your team is already overwhelmed and doesn't have time for another complicated implementation.
You want to use AI responsibly without compromising privacy, human judgment, relationships, or the care experience.

Reduce repetitive work, clarify ownership, and build workflows your team can follow reliably.

Improve how critical information moves between teams so fewer documents, tasks, and next steps fall through the cracks.

Strengthen the path from referral to intake so information moves clearly and fewer opportunities fall through the cracks.

Identify what's stuck, where capacity is being lost, and where leadership attention is actually needed.

Reduce manual coordination and create more reliable workflows for scheduling, changes, communication, and follow-up.

Use AI selectively to reduce administrative friction while keeping people, judgment, relationships, and care at the center.

Track what improves, reinforce what works, and continue refining the operation as your agency grows.

Hi, I’m Eboni. I help growing home health and home care agencies build calmer, more scalable operations through better workflows, and stronger handoffs, and Human-First AI Systems.
My perspective on healthcare operations began from the inside. After earning my Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential in 2014, I worked in a nursing and senior-care environment connected to AdventHealth, supporting both the administrative and patient-care sides of the operation. My experience included admissions coordination, reception, medical records and documentation, communication between departments, and direct patient/resident care.
That gave me the opportunity to experience healthcare from both sides of the operation, the front office and the floor.
I saw firsthand how missing documentation, broken communication, or information not reaching the right person could disrupt an entire process. Staff had to stop what they were doing to search for information, handoffs became harder, and administrative problems could take valuable time and attention away from the people receiving care.
That experience still shapes how I think about systems today.
Over the years, I've built approximately 7-8 years of combined healthcare work and volunteer experience, along with 10+ years of broader administrative experience. As a business owner, I also learned what happens when growth creates more work than the systems behind the business can comfortably support.
My philosophy is simple: better operations first. AI second.
I believe AI should make work easier and care better, not replace the people, judgement, relationships, and compassion that healthcare depends on.
We don't start by asking, "Where can we add AI?"
We start by asking, "Where is the work breaking down?"
Today, through LevelUp AI Strategies, I bring those experiences together to help home health and home care leaders identify where work gets stuck, strengthen workflows and handoffs, reduce unnecessary administrative load, and determine where Human-First AI Systems can create meaningful leverage.

Start by identifying where work is getting stuck. We'll look at the workflows, handoffs, administrative friction, and operational bottlenecks affecting your team, then determine where better systems, automation, and Human-First AI can create meaningful leverage.
